The popular "Blackout" theme doesn't just get the players excited, the Blue Raider coaching and support staff also get excited about this special week. Since Monday most every member of the staff has made a conscience effort to "Blackout" practice by wearing as many black articles of clothing as possible to every practice session. Staffers that forget to wear their black or don't don enough of the dark color are chastised and reminded that it's "Blackout week baby!"
